January 6th, 2018-North Star Roller Derby. Season 12, Bout 3: Craft Bruising!
The first North Star Bout of the new year was a hard and fast evening of intense Roller Derby action full of the unexpected.
You know it is going to be a crazy night when Delta Delta Di takes on the Violent Femmes. The Deltas coming back to win 121-110, closing a huge gap. It was my favorite moment of the night honestly.
Nobody saw it coming, but you can't ever count out The Deltas and nobody can argue with a 25 point Jam.
The Banger Sisters upset the reigning Kilmore Girls in another unexpected twist, 144-103.
Making it the Deltas vs. Kilmore's for 3rd place, and the Femmes vs. Bangers for the title March 31st!
I can't wait.
