If you have been following me on Instagram you probably have seen some images from my FAB on Film project that I have been working on.
If you haven’t seen me talk about the project before the idea is pretty simple. The goal is to create a series of FAB images using only one roll of 35mm, shot with an old Fuji point and shoot, and 1 roll of 120mm film shot with a Yashica Mat 124G twin lens camera for each session. The whole series is shot on Kodak Trix 400 black and white film.
I like the idea of restricting myself to the same cameras and film for each session to see how I can create something different with each model. And because of the tools used the images have this classic and timeless feeling to them that I just love.
Recently I was able to add Annastasia to list of people featured in the project. We have worked together previously and when I saw her post a picture of herself in a Playboy T-shirt I knew that I had to have her be apart of this series.
Below you can see what we created together, and as a special bonus I also shot a series of images using some color film I had sitting around just for fun to mix things up.
Please enjoy, and thank you for visiting!
